Allen Park -- Matt Prater is new to social media, but the Detroit Lions kicker is doing it right.

Detroit Lions kicker Matt Prater knocked down a 76-yard field goal during Pro Bowl practice.

Two days after Baltimore Ravens counterpart Justin Tucker drilled a 75-yard field goal during a Pro Bowl practice, Prater topped it with a 76-yard effort and posted the video to Twitter.

Prater holds the NFL record for the longest field goal in a game, knocking home a 64-yard boot in 2013 while a member of the Denver Broncos. Tucker, widely considered the NFL's best kicker, has a career-long of 61, a game-winner against the Lions at Ford Field three years ago.

Tucker made 38-39 field goals last season with his lone miss coming on a block. Prater went 31-36, earning his Pro Bowl invitation after the selected starter, Matt Bryant, dropped out with Atlanta making the Super Bowl.

Prater, 32, just wrapped his third season with the Lions. He remains under contract for one more year.
