Arlington, Texas -- Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate and linebacker Jarrad Davis are both active for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys, despite being listed as questionable for the contest.

Tate and Davis were surprising additions to Friday's practice report, Tate with a hip injury and Davis a knee issue. Tate hasn't missed a game since 2012, when he was still with the Seattle Seahawks.

In addition to defensive end Ziggy Ansah and tight end Michael Roberts, who were ruled out on Friday, the Lions scratched defensive end Kerry Hyder, cornerback DeShawn Shead, wide receiver Brandon Powell, running back Ameer Abdullah and offensive lineman Joe Dahl from the matchup.

It marks the second straight healthy scratch for Hyder, the team's sack leader in 2016. Instead, the team is suiting up Eric Lee after promoting him off the practice squad on Saturday.

Lee appeared in six games for the Patriots last season, starting five. He recorded 19 tackles, 3.5 sacks and an interception in those contests.
