Lions announce Mike Posner as Thanksgiving halftime act

Allen Park — The Detroit Lions announced multi-platinum recording artist Mike Posner will perform at halftime of the team's Thanksgiving Day game against the Chicago Bears on Nov. 22.

A Metro Detroit native, Posner was nominated for a Grammy in 2017 for his hit single “I Took a Pill in Ibiza."

The game's national anthem will be performed Larry Callahan & Selected of God Choir, best known for their rendition of Eminem's "Lose Yourself" in an Emmy-winning Super Bowl commercial for Chrysler.
