Tampa, Fla. — Niklas Kronwall isn't the only veteran Red Wings defenseman out for Game 7.

Marek Zidlicky (concussion symptoms) is out, too, Red Wings coach Mike Babcock said, with Jakub Kindl and Alexey Marchenko replacing the two veterans.

Zidlicky was hurt in Game 6, while Kronwall was suspended for charging Tampa Bay forward Nikita Kucherov.

Coach Mike Babcock doesn't accept any drop-off with Kindl and Marchenko entering the lineup.

"I expect them to play good, they're Red Wings," Babcock said after the morning skate. "I expect us to come here and enjoy being in the atmosphere and enjoy being in Game 7 and get ourselves a win.

"There's a deli in Montreal called Schwartz's; I'm dying to have a sandwich."

The winner Wednesday night advances to the second round and plays Montreal beginning Friday in Montreal.

Kindl played in 35 games during the regular season, collecting five goals and eight assists (13 points), with a plus-2 rating while averaging 15 minutes, 54 seconds of ice time.

Kindl has yet to play in the series against Tampa Bay.

Marchenko played 13 games during the regular season with one goal and one assist, while averaging 15:25 of ice time.
