Red Wings forward Dylan Larkin scored the winning goal for the United States national team in a 3-2 victory over Denmark in an exhibition game on Tuesday in Herning, Denmark.

“This was a good team win in a fun atmosphere,” said Red Wings coach Jeff Blashill, the head coach of the U.S. team for the second straight season.

“We were able to play different line combinations and evaluate some of our special teams play, which was great. What's important going forward is that we continue to build our game."
