Detroit police release video of suspect in west side shooting
On Wednesday, November 16, 2016 in the 13500 block of Fenkell, a 23 year-old male victim in a silver 1995 Honda Accord was shot by an unknown male suspect. The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
