Fitness trainer joined by airport officer for workout
Kiah Douglas was on a Spirit Airline flight from Detroit to Atlanta on Sept. 18 when an engine on the plane had problems. Afterward, the trainer made a workout video for her followers and a DTW officer joined her for her "power-up challenge."
